  TESTIMONIALS
"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

  1. Make a Guest List.
  2. Most people like to organize a party and invite relatives and friends. You can also consider planning a festive party in your house. You need to make a guest list and define which people to invite to the party. First of all, talk to your family members and relatives and find out if they visit you. Then phone up your friends, neighbors and colleagues. Add names of invited people to your guest list. It’s convenient to use task management software (e.g. VP Organizer) for creating and managing holiday guest lists.

  3. Send Party Invitations.
  4. When your guest list is designed you need to inform the guests of the party. Of course you can phone up every guest and personally talk about upcoming events. However, it is recommended to send special invitations. In Internet you can find a lot of invitation examples with festive designs and patterns. Just use the web search to view and purchase necessary invitations. You should send invitations at least 2 weeks in advance. Also give your guests 1 week for replying.

  5. Prepare Tricks and Games.
  6. During the party you can play tricks and jokes on your guests. Use the web search to find examples of pranks, jokes, tricks, and funny games. Also there is a tradition to choose "the biggest April fool" – a person who has failed with the greater number of riddles.

  7. Purchase Gifts.
  8. Kids and adults like to present and get gifts. Why don’t you give this opportunity to your guests? You can visit your favorite online shops and purchase some funny gifts, like toilet paper roll holder, sarcastic balls, colored balloons, shocking pens, candy collections, wine glasses, greeting cards, chocolate bars, funny puzzles, books etc. You can present these and other gifts to your guests who participate in games and various festive events and play funny April Fool’s Day jokes. You can also dedicate some special gifts to kids who can tell interesting facts about April Fool’s Day history.

  9. Decorate Your House.
  10. It’s impossible to organize a wonderful party if your house is not decorated properly. Be ready to purchase special decorations. For example, you can decorate your entrance door with a colored balloon arch and house walls with funny posters of famous clowns and comedians. Masks and happy face balloons can decorate room doors and hang down from your house ceiling. You can prepare baskets filled with confetti. Use your imagination to decorate your house. There are no boundaries!

  11. Dress up for Masquerade.
  12. Having a masquerade party is one of the April Fool’s Day traditions. The holiday is best celebrated when people wear funny costumes, masks and hats. You can also ask your guests to dress up masquerade suites and take some funny attributes, like walking sticks, colored balloons, Stetson hats, etc.

  13. Prepare Food.
  14. This day is full of fun and you can try to prepare some food that makes the holiday more festive. First of all, you can mix up everything you have in your refrigerator. Of course you’d be sensible and avoid mixing incompatible products (like fish and milk). ...
