  TESTIMONIALS
"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

Business Location Safety Check:

  • Very often business resumption planning is necessary when you need to restart business activity after interruption due to some natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, etc), therefore it is necessary to conduct a post-disaster safety check before getting back to business;
  • Call to appropriate government institution to get allowance to recommence occupancy of your building. Engage the appropriate professionals to check the structural integrity of your building or business facility to validate its safety before somebody enters it;
  • Let the professional inspectors check your building for integrity and workability of the service systems: power, water, gas, sewer, ventilation, etc. Do not use any utilities before it is clear that there are no dangerous leaks. Don’t install any fueled generators or heaters in the premises until it is affirmed that the gas supply system and sewer are safe;
  • If it is necessary, depending on severity of the identified damages, organize qualified repairing arrangements prior to enabling your employees entering the building or starting up any cleaning. Make sure there are no dangerous or problematic wiring or bare cables inside or outside;
  • Organize clean-up processes in a safe and profound manner. Make sure nobody can be injured during the cleaning process: hand out and use personal protective equipment (eyewear, gloves, boots, and dust masks or respirators), instruct the employees on personal safety guidelines and provide them with trainings if necessary;
  • Prior to restarting any business operations, check the quality of air in the premises: you need to be sure that air is free from any chemical or toxic agents that can cause illnesses to employees;
  • Professionally test and service the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems) in the office to approve their workability and safety for use. The same is for fire and smoke alarms, firefighting systems, burglar alarms, etc;

Resumption of the Business Processes:

  • Create the business resumption plan to schedule and prioritize your activities on redeploying and restarting the business operations. Make all the involved employees aware of this plan;
  • Check all the available units of the office furniture for safety and appropriateness of using them for their standard purposes. Rearrange the business premises as necessary and place orders for new units of furniture instead of damaged ones;
  • Deploy any emergency telecommunications if it is not possible to restore the regular ones for connection with the external environment. Establish temporal data transmission between the key informational nodes in the office (if the computer network is interrupted somehow);
  • Check and service all the fixed equipments and devices. Unpack and install everything that was previously dismantled and stored away in a safe place. Ensure proper connection of equipment to power and other necessary equipment. Conduct the pre-launch testing as appropriate;
  • Perform inventory of business items you posses. Check and document their conditions. Discard everything unsafe or items which are not capable of being repaired anymore;
  • Identify and estimate the damages incurred ...
