  1. Sleeping well.
    • Never eat or drink too late – it’s better to eat a tasty cake or drink a cup of tea next morning.
    • Never do strenuous exercises close to bedtime because your body needs to relax before getting some shut-eye.
    • Say "No!" to spicy foods, caffeine and alcohol.
