Process Modeling Preparation:
- Determine the purpose (objective) of process modeling:
- Documentation of an existing process;
- Inventing a new process;
- Improving efficiency and quality of an existing process;
- Engaging business analysts and managers who are capable of modeling;
- Defining suitable modeling approach:
