  TESTIMONIALS
"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

    • Wear one layer of light-colored and light-weight clothing made of an absorbent material.
    • Wear a light-colored hat with a 3-inch brim.
    • Avoid being under the sun between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
    • Try to stay in the shade as much as possible during those hours.
    • Drink more water (not less than 2 liters a day).

      • Monitor and record body temperature. Your records will be helpful for medics.
      • Allow the victim to drink water only.
      • Do not give the victim alcohol to drink.
  3. Diving Safety Suggestions.

    • Make sure there’s a childproof fence around the pool.
    • Never leave your child unsupervised in or near the pool, even for a few seconds!
    • Also do not swim in the pool alone. There should be an adult watching over you.
    • Do not dive into your pool if there are broken or missing drain covers.
