  TESTIMONIALS
"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

  • Senior management of your organization (CEO, executive managers, administrators) takes the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that waste in the offices is managed in accordance with legislative requirements and rules.
  • Line managers, supervisors and department heads are responsible for compliance with procedures.
  • Consider establishing the position of waste manager who will be responsible for arranging disposal of redundant equipment and controlling procedures.
  • Every employee of your organization is responsible to segregate and store waste in appropriate containers located at designated areas.
  • In case any waste is produced every employee should notify the waste manager of this fact.

  • Consider using rechargeable batteries.

  • Do not use the test page feature in your printers.
  • Use draft templates and forms when printing to use less ink.
  • Encourage your employees to use electronic versions of documents instead of hard copies.
  • Use CDs, flash drives and portable HDDs to save and keep electronic documents.
  • Do not print emails, drafts and other documents that can be viewed on computer.
  • Ask your employees to use their laptops and convenient mobile devices to take notes during meetings instead of using notepads.
  • Shrink document margins to reduce the number of pages for printing.
  • Purchase and deploy a virtual filing system for storing and distributing documentation between your offices.
  • Use washable towels instead of paper towels.
  • Reuse envelopes.
